Dispatch
Goods in stock will be
dispatched within 7 working
days from
the date of purchase HOWEVER most packages are sent within 48 hrs after
receiving notification of payment in our system.
Deliveries are by Australia
post or by
courier
service at your request & cost; our courier service requires that
the
recipient be available to sign for the package so please use a delivery
address
where the above applies.
International delivery
services are slightly out
of our
control, in that we cannot guarantee an arrival date once the package
leaves Australia.
Customers who order
out of stock goods or
non-stock items
will be notified of their expected dispatch date by e-mail.
Returns and refund Policy
In the event that you
are not satisfied with your
online
purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14
days of
purchase.
Please package the
item securely in its original
package and
send it to us with a copy of your receipt. The package must also
include a
letter identifying your name, and contact information as well as why
the goods
are being returned. Whether you require a credit or a replacement, it
is
extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what
you are
returning so that the return can be processed accurately and promptly.
For your protection,
we recommend that you use a
recorded-delivery service. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we
will
refund the purchase price for that item or provide a replacement.
Please
note that you will be responsible for the costs
of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by
mistake, or
the item is in anyway faulty
